Les, owner of Les Mallard Insurance, is proud to serve the community he’s always called home. A graduate of Fair Grove High School, Les went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. With 28 years of insurance experience, he has been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses across the local area find the right coverage and peace of mind. Les combines deep industry knowledge with a personal commitment to service that reflects his strong local roots.
Shon Mallard
Insurance Agent
Shon, Les's son, has been working as an independent insurance agent since 2021. A proud alumnus of Fair Grove High School, Shon continues to call Fair Grove home, where he lives with his family and his two children now attend the same school he once did. Deeply committed to his community, Shon is passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs and takes great pride in delivering outstanding customer service. He values his work and is dedicated to taking care of the neighbors who have helped shape his hometown and surrounding areas.

A proud graduate of Missouri State University, Cathy has called Fair Grove home since 1999. With over 15 years of experience in local insurance and 10 years as an agent, she brings a strong understanding of community needs and personalized service. In addition to her insurance background, Cathy owns a trucking company and brings 28 years of dispatching experience, giving her strong skills in logistics, problem-solving, and customer service.

Ashley has deep roots in the Fair Grove community, with family who have lived and worked in the area for generations.
